New Year's Eve Lock-in
Event:
A.I.T.S. Annual Lock-in will be on Thursday 12.31.09, the doors will open at 6PM. If sleeping at the Dojang, remember a pillow and sleeping bag. Also, if you wish to wear shoes inside you need to bring an extra clean pair.
If you have any allergies, medications, or other important information, please let us know.
This is an all ages event, from students to parents.
Activities:
There will be games, movies, karaoke, ping-pong, and foosball.
Food/snacks:
Supper: Hot dogs, sloppy joes
Breakfast: Cereal, oatmeal, also a hot breakfast
Snacks: Will be provided (Snack donations are also welcome)
Cost:
$5 per person (to cover food costs)
Remember:
Selling 10 braids will get you into the Year-end lock-in for free. Selling double that amount will allow you to bring a friend for free.

Butter Braid Fundraiser
Fundraiser:
A.I.T.S. Butter Braid fundraiser has begun. Order forms must be returned by 11.09.09 and the bread will be available for delivery on 11.20.09. Help repair the shared wall at the AITS Dojang.
Remember:
Selling 10-15 braids will get you into the Year-end lock-in for free. Selling double that amount will allow you to bring a friend for free.

Harvest Moon Festival Demo '09
Event:
AITS will be performing a demonstration for Harvest Moon Festival in Osage, IA.
Students
who are interested in participation should contact their instructor.
Location:
CRC Parking lot at 2:30 PM. Students should meet at the AITS building at 2PM to determine your participation.

A.I.T.S. adds Basic Ground Defense classes
A.I.T.S. is proud to announce the addition of a new class to our schedule: basic ground defense, starting Tuesday, September 22 at 5:20 PM.
Basic Ground Defense classes will cover defense situations on the ground. Some of the techniques taught will be from Judo, Jujitsu, and Wrestling. Through ground defense you will learn flexibility, leverage, and strategy.
